Website (dyorhq.fun)

When you join the waitlist on dyorhq.fun, we store your email address to send you DyorHQ launch updates. We keep it until you ask us to remove it (email team@dyorhq.fun) or we stop sending updates, and we never sell it. The website is hosted on Replit, which runs basic visit analytics on our pages and may process your IP address and browser details to do so. We don't use advertising cookies.

1. Data Collection

• No KYC: DyorHQ does not ask for your legal name, home address, or government ID.
• Email: If you sign in with email, we use your email address to verify your account and link it to your wallet.
• Wallet Address: We use your wallet address to show your portfolio, record your activity, and run the app's social features. Your wallet address and transactions are public on the Monad blockchain.
• Profile: If you set up a profile, we store your handle, display name, bio, and profile picture.
• App Activity: We store your activity history (including the USD value and fees of your transactions), notifications, price alerts, and settings, so they sync when you sign in on a new device. We also record sign-in and sign-out times.
• Social Content: Posts, comments, follows, watchlists, and referral codes you create are stored on our servers.
• Keys Stay on Your Device: DyorHQ never sees your private keys or your password. If you sign in with email and password, your wallet is created from your password on your own device. Imported keys and trading keys are stored in your device's secure Keychain.
• Device Permissions: Face ID, your camera (for scanning QR codes), and your photos (for adding an image) are used only when you choose to use them. Face ID data never leaves your device.

2. Third-Party Integrations

DyorHQ works with third-party providers. Their use of your data is covered by their own privacy policies:

• Privy: Handles sign-in (email, and Apple or Google where available) and the embedded wallet.
• Supabase: Hosts our backend, where your profile, activity, alerts, settings, and social content are stored.
• Perpl: When you trade perps, your wallet address and trade details are sent to Perpl.
• Swap Venues: When you swap, your trade is routed through Kuru, Uniswap, or Monday Trade.
• Aurora: When you bridge, your wallet address and transfer details are sent to Aurora's bridge service.
• Pinata and IPFS: Images for Moments and token launches are stored on IPFS through Pinata. Content on IPFS is public and may not be removable.
• Blockchain and News Sources: The app reads data from Monad network providers and loads headlines from news publishers' public feeds. These services can see your IP address when the app connects to them.

3. Usage of Data

We use the data we collect only to:

• Run your account and sign-in.
• Process trades, swaps, bridges, and launches, and show real-time portfolio updates.
• Power social features such as profiles, posts, follows, and watchlists.
• Sync your activity, alerts, and settings across devices.
• Track referrals.
• Keep the app secure and working properly.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.

4. Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time in the app. This removes your profile and the data linked to your wallet from our servers, including your profile picture, activity history, posts, comments, follows, alerts, watchlists, referral codes, and email sign-in link. It also deletes your Privy sign-in account and clears DyorHQ data from your device.

Blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted. Your funds and on-chain history stay on the blockchain, and you can still reach them with your own wallet backup.

5. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of DyorHQ means you accept the updated policy.
